Shipping Information

We currently offer local delivery in Miami, FL. But exciting news! We’re working on expanding our service to ship nationwide across the United States very soon!

We offer same-day delivery across Miami! You can also schedule a custom delivery, just choose the date and time that works best for you at checkout.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assess the issue for a replacement.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email/SMS with live tracking so you can follow your chocolates every step of the way.

Chocolate Care & Allergens

We hand off every order to our couriers fresh and chilled. Our packaging helps keep the truffles cold for a long time, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition, just as they left our kitchen.

Our chocolate truffles are made with fresh cream and should be enjoyed within 10 to 14 days of shipping. They must be kept refrigerated to maintain freshness. For the best flavor and texture, take them out 10 to 15 minutes before enjoying.

Our chocolate snacks and select specialty items have a longer shelf life. Keep them in a cool, dry place.

Our chocolates may contain or come in contact with tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, gluten, and soy.
