2. Orders and Deliveries
2.1. Order Placement: Orders may be placed through delivery services or directly through our events and catering channels.
2.2. Order Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide accurate information when placing an order. Ciocco is not liable for errors made due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
2.3. Delivery Fees: All delivery fees are set by the third-party delivery services. Ciocco does not control these charges.
2.4. Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimated by the third-party services, and Ciocco is not responsible for delays caused by them.
2.5. Delivery Conditions: Ciocco ensures that products are packed securely for transport; however, once the delivery has been made and accepted, Ciocco is not responsible for the condition of products.

3. Events and Catering Services
3.1. Event Bookings: When booking Ciocco for an event or catering service, a signed agreement and deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.
3.2. Cancellation Policy: - For events or catering services, cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled event may incur a [50]% cancellation fee. - Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund.
3.3. Customer Responsibilities: The client must provide clear instructions and information for catering orders, including dietary restrictions, event location, and timing. Any changes to the order must be communicated at least 48 hours before the event.
3.4. Liability for Event Services: Ciocco is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during or as a result of an event where Ciocco is providing services, except where required by law.

4. Refund and Return Policy
4.1. Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of our products, Ciocco does not offer refunds on chocolate truffles, cakes, or other products unless there is a clear defect or error on our part.
4.2. Exchanges: Exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but Ciocco reserves the right to refuse exchanges for perishable items.
4.3. Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us when receiving the order. We will address issues as quickly as possible, offering a replacement or credit at our discretion.

5. Allergies and Dietary Information
5.1. Allergen Warning: While Ciocco takes great care in preparing our products, we cannot guarantee that any item is free from allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, or eggs.
5.2. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to inform Ciocco of any dietary restrictions or allergies before placing an order for catering or event services.

6.1. Ownership: All content, designs, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Ciocco’s products and services are the exclusive property of Ciocco Gourmet LLC.
6.2. Use of Materials: You may not use Ciocco’s intellectual property for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7.1. General Disclaimer: Ciocco is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or services.
